Please note: This feature is currently available only for Bullhorn customers.

When resume fit is enabled, any job that is created will automatically generate a set of minimum requirements. This set will be displayed as an additional column in the job details. Along with the minimum requirements, we also store the instructions used to evaluate resume fit. Currently, these instructions and requirements are autogenerated for each job.

How Resume Fit Works

Resume Evaluation: When a candidate is invited to apply, their resume is pulled from Bullhorn (currently, only Bullhorn integration is supported). As part of the invitation flow, we evaluate the candidate’s resume based on the autogenerated instructions and minimum requirements.

Data Stored: We store the following information as part of the resume fit evaluation:

  • Resume Fit Score
  • Reasoning (based on minimum requirements)
  • General Summary (highlighting why the candidate is a good or bad fit)
  • Current Role (as part of the evaluation)

Viewing Resume Fit Details: If you click on the resume score for a candidate, you’ll be able to view:

  • The candidate’s resume fit score
  • A detailed summary of the evaluation based on the instructions and minimum requirements

Note: You cannot currently view the resume fit score directly within Bullhorn, though we are prioritizing this for future updates.

Future Plans

In the future, we will allow users to:

  • Update the instructions used for resume fit evaluation
  • Customize the minimum requirements for each job

We are working to make this feature even more flexible and user-friendly in upcoming updates.
