For ATS-Connected Accounts

When an ATS is integrated, resumes are automatically pulled and evaluated based on the job’s requirements when the candidate applies. Supported ATSs:
  • Bullhorn
  • Avionte
  • Ceipal
  • Tracker
  • Loxo
  • JobDiva
  • Manatal
  • Salesforce

For Non-ATS Connected Accounts

If no ATS is integrated, you can still generate a Resume Fit score:
  • Manual Upload: Upload resumes directly on the candidate’s profile.
  • Required Resume Upload: Require candidates to upload their resume during the interview by going to Interview Kit > Advanced Settings > Form Inputs.

Viewing Resume Fit Details

  1. Go to the Jobs tab.
  2. Select a job.
  3. Find the Resume Fit Score column in the table.
  4. Hover over the score to view the evaluation details.

Customizing Resume Fit Evaluation

Resume Fit Score Analysis Breakdown

At the top of the analysis, you’ll see the candidate’s Current Role, followed by a Summary of Experience, which gives an overview of the candidate’s qualifications. In the top right corner, you’ll find the Resume Fit Score, which is an average of the individual scores for each minimum requirement. It summarizes how well the candidate fits the role based on the criteria. Minimum Requirements Breakdown:
These requirements are automatically generated when creating a job, and can be customized in the Interview Kit. The table includes:
  • Minimum Requirement: The specific job requirements.
  • Score (out of 100): How closely the candidate meets the requirement.
  • Evidence: The data points from the resume that back up the score.
  • Gap: Any gaps between the candidate’s experience and the requirement.
  • Transferable: Whether the candidate has relevant skills that can transfer.
Key Fit Points:
This section highlights the candidate’s strengths and key points that make them a good fit for the role.

Resume Fit Score Instructions

The Resume Fit Score Instructions allow you to set specific guidelines for evaluating resumes, including instructions for must-have qualifications, go-no-go requirements, and scoring adjustments for certain factors like job tenure or job hopping. These instructions ensure that the evaluation process aligns with your preferences and job requirements. Screenshot 2025-07-01 at 5.45.41 PM.png

How It Works:

In this section, you can outline specific instructions for the following scenarios:
  1. Go-No-Go Requirements:
    • If a candidate does not meet a critical requirement, they should not score above a certain threshold (e.g., if they do not meet [Requirement X], their score cannot exceed 10).
    • Example: “If a candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience in [specific skill], they should not score above 10 in that category.”
  2. Scoring Adjustments:
    • Adjust scores based on factors such as job hopping or average tenure.
    • Example: “If the candidate has had more than three jobs in under a year, deduct 5 points from the overall score.”
    • Example: “If the candidate’s average tenure at past jobs is under 2 years, reduce their fit score by 10 points.”
  3. Additional Contextual Factors:
    • Any other nuances you wish to apply when scoring candidates.
    • Example: “Candidates with certifications in [X] should have an automatic 5-point addition to their score.”
These instructions live in the Advanced Settings section in the Interview Kit under the Resume Fit Minimum Requirements. By adding these instructions, you can customize the scoring process based on the specific needs of the role, ensuring that the candidates who move forward in the interview process align well with the job requirements and your organizational preferences.
