Our Avionté integration automatically handles the creation and updating of Avionté records when an interview is completed on Apriora. Below is a summary of what occurs during the process and what Avionté users can expect to see:

Automated Interview Generation

Alex will automatically generate an interview template for each job created in Avionté. Information from the job description will be used to generate the interview template.

Automated Interview Invites

Alex will automatically send out email invites to all applicants, and handle all interview scheduling.

Interview Results in Avionté

Once an interview is completed, Alex will follow-up with the candidate and perform the following actions in Avionté. These actions include:

  • Creating a new activity on the talent page, linking back to the report page in Apriora
  • Attaching a PDF report to the talent page
