Overview

Our Lever integration automatically handles the creation and updating of Lever records when an interview is completed on Apriora. Below is a summary of what occurs during the process and what Lever users can expect to see:

Automated Interview Invites

Alex will automatically send out email invites to candidates, and handle all interview scheduling. A tag will be added to candidate opportunities once an interview invite is sent by Alex.

Interview Results in Lever

Once an interview is completed, Alex will follow-up with the candidate and perform the following actions Lever. These actions include:

  • Adding a “Alex - Interview Complete” tag to the candidate’s opportunity
  • Adding a note to the candidate’s opportunity
  • Attaching a PDF report to the candidate’s opportunity

Steps to Integration

1. Enable Lever OAuth

  • In Apriora navigate to Settings > Integrations > Lever
  • Click “Connect to Lever”
  • Enter your Lever credentials and click “Accept”

2. Configure Lever Webhooks

  • In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
  • If they are not already, toggled on the “Application Created” and “Candidate Stage Change” webhooks

Customizing your Integration

Adjusting the Interview Invite Trigger

By default, Alex will only send interview invites to candidates moved to the selected Trigger Stage (”On-site Interview” by default). To change the Trigger Stage:

  • In Apriora, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Lever
  • From this page, select the Trigger Stage from the dropdown

Alternatively, if a job in Lever is marked with the following tag, then Alex will send an interview invite to all candidates who apply. Note: use the exact format for this tag to ensure proper functionality.
