Overview

Our JobDiva integration automatically imports candidate and job records in JobDiva to Apriora and invites candidates to interviews. Below is a summary of what occurs during the process and what JobDiva users can expect to see:

Key Features of the Integration:

Automated Interview Generation

Alex will automatically generate an interview in Apriora for each job created in JobDiva. Information from the job description will be used to generate the interview.

Automated Interview Invites

Alex will automatically send out invites to all applicants, based on workflow configuration (See Workflows to learn more.), and handle all interview scheduling.

Steps to Integrate:

​

1. Retrieve credentials

The first thing you need to do is send an email to your JobDiva Support for them to create an API account. You can use the following template:

I'm working with a Developer partner, Apriora, and would like to turn their integration on in my JobDiva account.
Could you please create an API user for Apriora and share the following information with me?

- API username
- API Password
- API Client ID

2. Enter credentials

Once you have these credentials, you can enter them in the Settings > Integrations > JobDiva page in the Apriora dashboard.
