Overview

Our Tracker integration allows you to connect jobs, invitations, and activities to your Apriora interviews and reports directly in your Tracker dashboard. The integration also automatically creates and updates Tracker records when a candidate completes and Apriora interview.

Steps to Integrate:

1. Retrieve credentials

To start, send an email to Tracker Support requesting an API user account for Apriora. You can use the following template:

I'm working with a Developer partner, Apriora, and would like to turn their integration on in my Tracker instance.
Could you please create the following and share it with me so I can send to Apriora?
- API Key
- API Username
- API Password

Once you have these credentials, enter them within Settings > Integrations > Tracker in the Apriora web app.

2. Setup Custom Activity

Next, you need to add Apriora as a custom activity and send us the customfield IDs for the fields you want to display in the Apriora activity. To do this, you will need to contact Tracker support to set up a custom activity. You can use the following template:

Could you add a custom activity to our Tracker instance of type "Apriora Interview"?
Please also add the following custom fields:
- Overall Score
- Report link
- Grading Criteria
- Feedback
and send us the customfield IDs for these fields.

In Tracker, you can view or create Activities in the home page, job, placement, or candidate pages. The Apriora activity will be visible, and should look like this:

Your integration is now ready!

3. Creating Interviews

Within the Interviews tab, click Create to make a new Interview. After you select Phone/Video (some clients will only work within one modality), you can choose the ATS option from the next page. You will be prompted to enter the Tracker Job ID and click Generate. From there, an Apriora interview will be created based on that Job from Tracker.

4. Automations

We also offer Automations.

• Invites: automatically invite candidates to take an Apriora interview after they apply to a job that’s live within Tracker. Most clients turn on automatic invites.
• Interview Creation: some clients choose to automatically create Apriora Interviews once they add a Job to Tracker. This approach is relevant for certain kinds of high volume / high turnover roles where speed is of the essence. However, we recommend getting comfortable with creating Apriora Interviews before turning on automatic interview creation.
